Deze Sansevieria (https://www.plantje.nl/sansevieria-kopen/) plant groeit in een vaas; een groeiwijze die ook wel hydroponie wordt genoemd. Je kunt het wortelstelsel van de kamerplant steeds groter zien worden in het water. Een mooi en bijzonder geheel, dat ook nog eens makkelijk is om te verzorgen. Zo zet je de Sansevieria op water (zie de voorbeeldvideo hiernaast): * Maak de vaas schoon en vul deze met (kraan)water op kamertemperatuur. * Haal de plastic kwekerspot van de Sansevieria en haal het grootste deel van de potgrond weg. Doe dit heel voorzichtig, om de wortels zo min mogelijk te beschadigen. * Houd de wortels onder de lopende kraan om de laatste restjes potgrond weg te spoelen, en zet de kamerplant in de vaas.
